I have learned that scrambled eggs don't really work without the butter. It is like salt and pepper, peanut-butter and jelly, but you see, if you forget the salt, or the jelly, the other doesn't smoke and burn like an 18th century textile mill.
So I guess I learned my lesson!Next time I cook eggs, I'll use butter, and maybe
this recipe site (check it out if you like cooking, it looks really neat!), and hopefully I will avoid this!
